Soap and Glory Hocus Focus Review

As if it wasn't enough for Soap and Glory to be creating a line of absolutely amazing line of bath and body products, they're really getting everybody to take on their make up line enough for many products to have become staples for most beauty bloggers I follow.

Hocus Focus is another product to add to my own stash which when I purchased I didn't really think I would fall in love with as much as I did after the first use! You could say it was love at first squeeze.

Ok, onto what it is!! Hocus Focus is described as 'an instant visual flaw-softening illuminator' and it is exactly that. You can choose to apply this to specific parts of your face like your cheekbones to use this as a highlighting product or to mix in with your foundation for an all over type effect. I've been really enjoying applying this almost as a primer under my foundation with something light coverage over the top.

It creates a beautiful luminous, lit from within type glow which we all love. There are no chunks of glitter or shimmer it is just smoooooooth and gorgeous to use and wear. My pores look blurred out and my face is eternally grateful.

Well done, Soap and Glory!

Boots currently have this in their 3 for 2 and that is when I would recommend picking it up.

Origins Clear Improvement- Active Charcoal Mask review

I wanted to review this mask because it's not very often I try out new additions to my skincare. I have sensitive skin and I'm very much about routine when it comes to my skin. If you're like me, then I urge you to try this mask. One of the reasons I wasn't too apprehensive about trying out this mask was because of the natural ingredients in this little bad boy as you would naturally associate with Origins products. The mask is grey in colour; it contains active charcoal which is the ingredient that acts like a magnet, pulling out dirt and grime which sit and clog up our pores. (The nasty little things.) Amongst other things, the mask also contains an ingredient called lecithin which Origins claim helps to dissolve the impurities.

Lush Lip Scrub in Bubblegum

For my love and infatuation of all things matte, my biggest worry is making sure I don't have dry, flaky lips! Well, Lush have solved that one for me with this lip scrub.

It smells AMAZING, works well as a lip scrub and tastes yummy too. *Guilty face*

MAC in extra dimension blush in Blazing Haute

I have heard some quite mean and negative reviews on this blush and I just wanted to say, I think it is one of my favourite blushes in my collection! I fell in love with this blush from the moment I brushed it on.

Coastal Scents 22 pc Brush Kit ~ Review

I'm probably a little late blogging about these brushes but I didn't have the chance to try them  all out until very recently. I'm always very fussy about make up brushes and usually just directly choose MAC over everything when it comes to them. As we all know, this burns more than a few brush handled shaped holes in our pockets and I'm all for watching out for those. It's nice to have a good collection of brushes but sometimes we need an everyday go to sort of set where we don't mind staining and using brushes out but we don't want them to be tatty and leave hairs all over our face. If that's what you're after then definately check out this brush kit.

Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer ~ 3 for 2

Grr, my stash of lip products just won't stop. I looked at these in Superdrug and thought, naaah doesn't look like something I'd want. WRONG. Once I'd swatched them I was smitten. Couple that with the 3 for 2 offer, I obviously came home with 3. Here's the link for the offer, save yourself some pennies! Link I picked up three of these for £12...not bad considering my recent splurges have been ridonkulously expensive. I'm blaming it on my new dressing table which is waiting patiently in Glasgow to be filled with my brand new goodies.
